What inspires you?
Success, and the urge to help others.

How did you choose to work on this team with this product?
As far as I am concerned, Expression Blend is one the coolest products ever created by Microsoft Corporation! My personal feeling is that Expression Blend is one of the most underrated development/designer tools in the industry. I fell in love with “Sparkle” from the very beginning, and I was the first Support Engineer to be hired to support Expression Blend. I work with a great team, and I love it!

What’s your favorite feature? Why?
Actually the whole product! Well, if I have to choose, then the ability to easily skin a control and make it as cool and beautiful as you want.

How long have you worked on Expression?
For about 5 years, with on and off periods in between, but I never actually left the product (Expression Blend). For my current role, though, it’s been sweet 5 months.

What does your typical workday look like?
Well, that’s the beauty of this job, I don’t have one! Every day is different depending on what I am working on! From reviewing product specs, writing articles for the team blog, meetings and meetings, to content planning and writing!

How do you like to spend your time outside of work?
I recently moved to the Redmond area, and I am enjoying the outdoors very much, after living in Texas for so long! I enjoy karate, rugby, soccer, and any outdoor activity.

Anything else you'd like to share with the community?
I love video games, especially Halo, which I think is the best game of all times! I also work on 3D game designing in my spare time.
