I have been passionate about improving designer impact on products since '96, this seemed like a team whose mission aligned with mine.

Visual state manager allows designers to push themselves and their UX.

What does your typical workday look like?
I look to find solutions to technical issues which will allow both internal and external developers and customers to get the most from our product offerings through integration and streamlining of existing workflows. I spend a lot of time in meetings. :-)

Anything else you’d like to share with the community?
I think that one of the best ways to get customer feedback is via the community. We get to see not only the pain points, but via things like the gallery, we get to see the amazing creativity our customers have.
